Tugging Heartstrings

Here a couple of videos hosted by Vimeo, a video hosting site popular with video experts and CG artists.

First up...To raise awareness about the Dairyland track closure, a couple took their hounds for a walk down Chicago's Michigan Avenue. A fantastic idea, and the slips of papers are ingenious.

Second up, and currently my favorite. It's a fan video for Grizzly Bear's song Two Weeks. At about 3 minutes into the video I always start to cry. Every time. It's just that beautiful.

Love the Greyhound video!

The music video was really creative and well put together. It will likely win some video music awards.

That was an incredible visual music video. And it's great to finally take a moment and see the greyhounds in Chicago. They really do draw a crowd. Betty and Rosie are neighborhood celebrities - once can imagine they'd draw quite the crowd on Michigan Ave. Greyhounds are just like that, y'know?
